Torch Fest 2021 has just been announced to take place on Saturday 16th January at Sydney’s iconic Factory Theatre complex. 6 stages of music, comedy and mental health programming headlined by
Austen, Coterie, Paces, Kilter, PLGRMS, Alfie Arcuri and Timomatic.
Mental Health Music Course (MHMC) is Australia’s first mental health training program specifically designed to utilise the healing power of music.
The course focuses on action, as opposed to awareness, and equips attendees with tools and resources to assist with theirs, and others’, mental health.
We provide specially trained speakers, with a lived experience of mental health and music, to share their impactful stories. These sessions are intended to educate and bring unity to attending groups, and are facilitated by a member of the Listen Up Music team.
