Our Events arm is what we’re best known for and our flagship event, The Songwriting Prize, is Australia’s first nationwide songwriting competition with a mental health focus.
Every year we invite songwriters, from all across Australia, to write and/or submit an original song in response to a mental health theme. The competition runs from April to November each year.

Torch Fest
Torch Fest is Australia’s biggest mental health music festival, shining a light on inspirational artists and their stories.
The name Torch Fest comes from the idea that everyone has a Torch Song; the light that gets you through, and all performers at the festival will play their Torch Song (original or cover) as part of their set.
